Seekers House Group Seekers' Lent reading The Seekers house group has been reading and discussing the book written for Lent last year by Bishop Stephen Cottrell - The Things that He Carried. Each week we read a chapter or two out loud to each other and then discuss what the Bishop has to say. The style of writing is described in the introduction as 'more meditative than analytical; more poetry than prose' and the result is a good discussion.
